Kick' it: Kick Bands & Literacy Circle Chairs

Help me give my students extra tools for releasing wiggles and a place to sit for Literacy Circles. The kick bands help students become more focused. With the ability to increase their comfort they can focus on learning.

My Project

At a title one school outside of Sacramento, we have one of the most diverse populations in education. They are all smart, capable, and great kids who could benefit from additional resources. This will equip my students to focus on learning while they can let our their extra wiggles from the day.

On average our students are below grade level.

To scaffold learning through kick bands will provide direct opportunities for them to achieve Academic success. This is for it allows choice, sensory engagement, and enhances focus. The outcome of this item in the classroom is an increase in focus to encourage academic achievement.
