This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

First of all, I appreciate you taking the time to inquire about our fundraiser. I have worked with the kids on our soccer teams for about a year. These young people are hard working, dedicated and focus driven to become more skilled in what they are passionate about. I believe that donations to this project will make a difference in the lives of these children by providing quality field gear to be able to practice and play in a comfortable and more effective fashion. Most of the children on our teams come from underprivileged families in underprivileged neighborhoods. The opportunity to play in new, quality gear would not only be a benefit to the physical aspect of the game but also to their self esteem and emotional value. It would be a positive core memory that will stick with them. Please partner with us to give these children the opportunity to not only excel in their physical capacity but the opportunity to boost their confidence in a way that will have a lasting effect. Thank you for your time.
