Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many of my students walk to school. Some have a longer distance to walk than others. Regardless of distance when the weather is cold everyone feels it!! All of these items will help keep my kiddos warm and or comfortable on their way to school during these cold winter months! Hand warmers will help keep their hands warm while in their pockets. Lotions and chapsticks help keep their skin from cracking in the winter months. Many of my kids lips are cut and will bleed from cracking. Face masks for those who have the longest walk will help keep their whole face warm! Thermal clothing will also be of use to keep kiddos warm! These items will help keep kids coming to school now that they are warm! Thank you!
