My Project
I've found that one of the important aspects of teaching is to keep things engaging! I'm always looking for new and fun ways to boost the engagement of reading and math in my classroom.
I hope to bring the magic of a good book into the hands of my students. Many students (and their parents) don't know how to find interesting and engaging books. Through the Book Blitz Jr. program, students are exposed to 12 unique titles each year. I'd love to have a copy of each of these books available for use in my classroom.
I've also found that it's important to have fun and engaging ways for students to practice their math fact fluency. Through the use of the power pens, students can do just that!
