My Project
I am requesting the purchase of a strong powerful and yet effective wireless vacuum cleaner for my classroom! This will be my fourth vacuum that has been purchased over my ten years of experience teaching and I think it's time to finally invest in a quality machine that won't break if (or when) a student accidentally sucks up a wrapper or a folded up piece of paper.
I have the "classroom cleaning crew" as one of my many classroom jobs to help clean up the classroom at the end of each day and I think this helps students learn responsibility, but also helps them take accountability as a class, to help keep our classroom clean throughout the day.
However, accidents happen, and when they do, an effective machine to properly clean up crumbs and/or other messes that may occur would be a game changer for my classroom!
I also am requesting some Clorox Wipes to have the students wipe down their desks each day to keep all the germs away during this winter season.
