My Students
My students are a very energetic group of individuals who love to learn. They are 2nd graders who attend a Title I school in a very low socioeconomic demographic population. The majority of the students receive free or reduced-price lunch.
Parental involvement is a key factor in a child's academic success.
Unfortunately, many of our students lack parental involvement at school. Therefore, teachers have to seek ways to meet the needs of our students economically. My students will benefit from these resources.
My Project
The Mobile Student Workstation will guarantee every student his or her own mailbox to store their graded papers, unfinished assignment, homework, student's planner, and folders. The purpose of the Mobile Student Workstation is to teach students organizational skills and how to become responsible individual.
Mostly, it will definitely assure that every child receives all types of important communication needed for parents, whether the child is absent from school or present.
Teachers receive important documents for students to take home everyday. It is vitally important that students know where to consistently retrieve these papers to ensure parents are informed as needed.
