I am a 1st-grade teacher in a low-income school. We would love to have cleaning supplies so that we can stop the spread of germs throughout our classroom. When our students are sick, they can miss a lot of school as a result.
Our goal is to keep students healthy and in school as a result of preventing the spread of germs.
Spring is a tough time with the transition from the cold weather to warmer summer time. This weather change is felt in Mississippi in a single day, where it can be 40s in the morning and 80s in the evening. Our students feel these weather changes and can get sick because of this. Clorox wipes and tissues can help reduce the spread by cleaning surfaces that the students touch frequently, as well as getting those runny noses clean.
