This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Keep us organized and efficient! My students will need to keep their materials in an easily accessible location since they have tables, not desks.
My students are remarkable children who are learning to speak, read, and write in Spanish!
It is a diverse classroom of learners. They are a classroom community of children from both similar and different cultural backgrounds. Most students live in the working class community where the school is located.
My Project
The chair sacks will provide my students with the organization they need in order to maximize their learning time. With their materials handy, they are able to easily and quickly get to their subject folders and/or binders and get right to learning! The chair sacks will also help my students maintain their materials tidy and organized since the sacks hold fewer materials than desks do.
Having these chair sacks is important to how my students will access the materials they need for a successful school day.
It will provide them the organization needed to efficiently get to their work.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
