This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Organization is critical in our classroom because it is the foundation for effective learning and development. With a new year upon us, having easy and accessible storage for materials is crucial for my first graders to navigate their new environment.
Having an organized classroom provides clear routines and predictable patterns, which can reduce anxiety and help my students feel secure in their learning.
Zipper pouches will be used to store our phonics curriculum that we use on a daily basis in my classroom. They will hold up nicely all year long making it easy for students to keep track of the items they use everyday.
Setting students up to be successful members of their communities is a big aspect in my school district. This year my class will be representing the U of A Wildcats.
