Keeping It Simple and Sweet with Magnetic Writing Boards
Help me give my students magnetic writing boards for the Kindergarten-2nd grade Read-Listen-Talk rotations in our library.

My Project
In our school library, all kindergarten through second graders participate in a Read-Listen-Talk literacy rotation. There are so many times when after a read aloud there's a perfect (and quick and simple) follow-up drawing or writing activity that magnetic writing boards could help facilitate so much more efficiently than paper and pencil. These writing boards would reside at one of the three stations. There would be enough boards for each for child at that station.
Kids LOVE magnetic writing boards!
There's something "safe" about writing or drawing something they can erase in a split second to start fresh with a brand new thought or idea or image.
This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
