it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are in need of winter weather accessories such as hats, gloves and neck warmers to keep them warm when playing outdoors in the New York City winter weather.
Physical activity plays a crucial role in children’s development making it important that students are dressed appropriately to engage in outdoor play each school day even during the winter weather.
Your donation will help keep my students warm while playing outdoors each day. Matching sets of hats and gloves will make it easy to know which gloves belong to each student. We’ll also have extra hats and gloves on hand for students who may lose theirs or forgotten them at home.
