This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are third-fifth graders who are full of energy. The students have adapted to the challenges thrown at them and are not only surviving but thriving in this very different environment. My students come from very diverse backgrounds. They love reading diverse books, participating in Makerspace activities and STEM challenges, and are very curious. I have a large population of English language learners. They are eager to learn and enjoy every minute of it. My students are both general and special education students. They are all amazing kids!

This project would provide an abundance of snacks!

Having snacks and staying fueled is so important in the learning process! Goldfish, pretzels, chips and cookies are crowd favorites and are sure to put a smile on their faces!
