My Project
Last year students across the country were ill at an alarming rate. In addition, I became ill more times last year than I ever have in my life. The materials that I have requested will help to curb the spread of disease and will reduce staff and student absences.
I am determined to be healthier during this school year, and to keep my students and their families healthy.
The adult masks that I have requested will prevent me from spreading illness to my students and their families. The child sized masks will be worn by children who are sent to school sick (as they were repeatedly throughout last year). The alcohol wipes and hydrogen peroxide will be used to disinfect surfaces in my classroom. As I disinfect up to 16 times a day (due to seeing different groups every half hour). The nasal sanitizer has been proven to reduce illness and is currently being used in hospitals.
