This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My classroom is currently located in one of the oldest buildings in the district and we currently do not have A/C yet. This is the best option for a classroom that won't use so much electricity and follows the guidelines for allowed products in the building. I want my classes to be comfortable enough for my students to enjoy the time they spend in my room all year long.
I am looking to fund this project to keep my students cool in the hot summer months so they can stay focused on their studies and only their studies.
The air cooling evaporator will not only be used for academic classes, it will also be in use for after school enrichment programs and clubs.
