My Students
Cleanliness is key in running a lab and we needs your help!
My biotechnology students love doing lots of hands-on lab activities.
They attend a high school in Northern California that has strong science programs while also being the arts magnet for the district. These students are very well-rounded individuals who are very active in school.
My Project
We are requesting 8 containers of Clorox Disinfecting wipes and 2 cases of nitrile gloves. In biotechnology, we deal with many sensitive reagents. While they are generally not harmful, we need to maintain a sterile environment that keeps our samples uncontaminated to get the most accurate results. The wipes will help to disinfect our tables before and after labs. The nitrile gloves are the least reactive with any of our chemicals and less likely to case an allergic reaction.
Gloves and wipes are very simple supplies that will keep my students safe and our lab environment clean.
