My Project
I want to instill in my first grade students to have healthy bodies inside and out. First, I want to teach my students strategies to manage their range of emotions with the use of individual calming tool pouches. Each pouch will include a squishy dough ball, bendable snake, and monkey noodle.
Secondly, I want to expand my selection of recess equipment to keep my students moving as they play.
The students will benefit from soft rubber balls for catching, rings for ring toss, and a catch a ball set.
Lastly, I want to teach my students daily hygiene practices. My students need hand sanitizer and dispensers and tissue to blow/dig their noses. Please help bring my project to life for my class of little first graders.
