My Project
I have fallen in love with these LCD writing tablets and so have my students. My students are excited on "write the room Wednesday" when the get to use the tablets to walk around and write the letters or words they see around the room.
These amazing boards keep from having to waste paper when student are practicing writing their name, letters, numbers and shapes.
They often use them during free choice to take orders, or just draw pictures. As a teacher I enjoy just seeing them writing. Writing and fine motor skills have declined with the use of tablets and computers and the students think these tablets are great.
For the past few years I have been able to send my students home with a board of their own so they can continue to practice before kindergarten. Parents are always excited because they don't have to keep getting paper and having additional clutter. This year I would love to continue sending these as an end of year gift.
