My Project
Our school is a STEAM school. This means we blend teaching science, technology, engineering, art, and math into our lessons whenever possible. This year we are reintroducing the STEAM Days back into our culture. We are so excited for the students to participate in these days, as they are motivational, fun, and inspiring. Students will be challenged to design and build things to solve a particular problem. However, in order for this to happen, we need some general supplies that are common to most of our identified projects. This is why we are asking for the supplies in this project. Students will be building pyramids, bridges, and other architectural marvels that will test their design abilities and critical thinking. We know that our students will be up for the challenge, and will always rise to the occasion. Giving them the materials they need to be successful is an important part of that process. Events like this are what make for lasting memories and can have the effect of launching future engineers, scientists, and entrepreneurs. We are excited for all of the potential to come.
