This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a retired returning teacher. That’s how much students mean to me! I work at an inner-city school where many of our students don’t get to have breakfast or certain special treats at home.

I would like to provide snacks for them in case they didn’t have breakfast if they get hungry throughout the day before lunch, and snacks as incentives!

This will really make my students happy! Little things such as snacks are great motivators in class. Especially for our students. They love and appreciate treats!
