Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are from a Title 1 school in Los Angeles. My students come from a lower socio-economic population. My students are bright and eager to learn everyday. Despite the challenges with remote teaching, my students are trying their best to engage. They are hard working and get excited when we learn new things.

My Project

I am definitely in need of a document camera so that I can model my lessons and make presentations. This will give me more opportunities for art projects and other lesson plans! Students need to see more live actions using paper and pencil! I want to use the camera so I can do more art lessons and other subjects such as writing, reading, and math. I will also like to support them with their handwriting.

This is a great way for students to engage in learning and feel like they are in class.

It will make the classroom more alive, interactive, and fun! I definitely need this to enhance students' learning and engagement.
