My Students
My students are first graders in Carlsbad, California. We are a multicultural classroom with so much to share and learn from each other.
In my first grade classroom, we continually explore, inquire, communicate, collaborate, experiment, practice, create, and grow, online!
I am so proud to be a part of their foundation and help inspire these great little minds! They are all so very excited to learn each day and give their best in our classroom community, as well as in the strong school-wide community we have built.
My Project
We are in a new age of teaching and learning! I need to keep growing and learning with my students, my old files and ways of teaching are fading... Luckily there are some amazing teachers who make amazing curriculum helpers on Teachers Pay Teachers website. I will use the TPT gift cards to update my lessons and peak interest in the online learning format for my current students working from home.
Learning can be interactive, engaging, and fun from home for my first graders when given the right delivery and digital tools.
TPT does just that with so many creative authors and creators who make lessons such as book reports on our favorite books, daily SEL writing, and even science research! We can use the lessons in digital format as well as printable for back in the classroom when we safely return.
