My Project
The Keep It Clean, Sustainably is an environmentally conscious effort to clean (sanitize) our lab stations and lab glassware sustainably, efficiently, and safely. Having a portable dishwasher would allow students to use less water and less dish soap. We are constantly buying eco-friendly cleaning products so all students can participate in the cleanup. Students tend to waste water by allowing it to run as they clean equipment which is very wasteful. Often during cleanup, glassware gets broken or chipped and valuable time is wasted as they crowd around small classroom sinks.
With this dishwasher and cleaning supplies, they will spend more time completing labs and less time cleaning up.
