This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are energetic, motivated and eager learners that care about their community and peers. They come to school every day motivated to learn and socialize with their friends. Our classroom environment is friendly and energetic. The classroom is compose of fourth grade students from the Los Angeles metropolitan area. The majority of the students come from Spanish speaking homes and low income households. The students in my classroom receive free breakfast and lunch. My students are passionate about science and art and love to come to school everyday.
My Project
The Flex Space Storage Backpack Cart will be used in the classroom to keep students' backpacks off the floor. With the Flex Space Storage students' backpacks can be kept safely stored and ready for students to drop-off and pick-up their items. The Flex Space Storage will also maximize the classroom space which is essential for social distancing.
With students returning to the classroom and practicing social distancing the Flex Storage Backpack Cart will keep their items clean and sanitized.
It will also provide a clean, safe space where students can keep their water bottles.
