I teach 19 wonderful kindergarten students and some students have different learning disabilities. The students with learning disabilities are integrated into a general education classroom all day. They are eager to learn and love to move. My students are all diverse and come from diverse backgrounds. The students range in grades kindergarten to second grade, with all different abilities.
My students love to move around the classroom and are full of energy.
They enjoy reading, art, music, science, social studies and math. Each student comes from a different background making our classroom unique. They love school and come with a smile.
My Project
Help my students get necessary everyday classroom resources. My students love to complete hands-on art projects for learning. To be successful in the classroom my students need a large pocket chart with sentence strips, this will help their literacy skills. They also need index cards, which are used to create learning games and investigations in the classroom. My students also need paint brushes and liquid glue to complete art projects for their everyday learning. My students also need chart paper for necessary anchor charts to use as resources for learning. With these everyday materials my students can explore new ways to learn and engage in hands on learning experiences.
