My Students

As a visual arts educator at a Title I school, it’s my platform to expose our students to the different types of media to express their creativity. The students at our school are amazing! They are unified from all walks of life but share the passion to learn together. Our students enjoy being able to express themselves creatively in innovative ways beyond their different circumstances. The students at this school go through enough obstacles. Help me help them get art supplies to influence their creativity.

My Project

My students love to color! I have over 500 students sharing a classroom set of markers and crayons. These supplies are you usually just about depleted by spring break. Please help them keep calm and color during this upcoming testing season.

I also need a a kiln plug.

Before the end of the year I try to do a ceramics project with my students. I'm starting the clay unit a little later than usual because I need a plug for my kiln. Please help me let my students leave with a little fired memento before they go home for summer break.
