The project is to benefit the painting experience for students in kindergarten through 2nd grade. Tempera Cakes are used to help younger students learning to develop their fine motor skills through the painting process, which is more long-lasting than water color paint. This paint is washable, so students and parents don't have to worry about stained clothes. This project's goals are to allow my students to paint in a new way that allows them to explore while creating beautiful art to take home for their families. My students would be so grateful for this opportunity as any experience making art as a child creates lifelong memories and work they can look back on.
