My Students
Our school is a Title I school, located in a small, rural county. Our classrooms are filled with a diverse makeup of students that include English Language Learners, students with disabilities, and gifted students.
Our students are very eager to learn, and they come to school excited for a new day.
Most of our students come from low-income households where there are limited budgets for school materials and supplies; however, their families are very supportive and very involved our school community!
My Project
I am requesting essential oils to diffuse in our classroom to help keep our students healthy. Germs and viruses are spread among students, which increases absences. When they are absent, they miss critical instruction. If they fall behind, it can sometimes be difficult for them to catch up.
Essential oils diffused in the classroom will help promote a healthier environment!
They will help protect against environmental and seasonal threats, cleanse and purify the air, and promote easy breathing. This will help decrease our students' chances of getting sick and missing school. By supporting our project, you will help keep our students healthy so they can make the most out of their educational opportunities!
