Help me give my students a commercial grade paper shredder to shred the district's confidential papers.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are in grades nine through twelve. We are a small, public school tucked away in the mountains. My students struggle with their emotions due to varying disabilities.
We practice Community Based Instruction (CBI).
CBI is educational instruction in naturally occurring community environments providing students real life experiences. My students need intensive instruction in functional and daily living skills. We run a school-wide coffee shop where employ-ability skills are learned through actual daily sales. They are responsible for completing their biweekly time cards.
My Project
My students struggle in a traditional classroom setting. We are considered the most restricted environment.
My students learn best when practicing real-world, hands-on activities.
This commercial grade shredder will be a service we offer to all district employees. My students will learn how to safely use a shredder, how to empty one and how to properly maintain it.
This will be part of their Community Based Instruction (CBI) that has been a successful part of this program.
The students will create a Google form that allows staff to request our shredding service. Once the form is created, we will learn how to schedule our services.
