Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We were lucky to have received round tables from collaborating and teaming building on my last DC request. The tables were a hit, and now we need one more to accommodate more students to get the same experience. I only ordered what I thought would be enough for my students, and the rest would sit at the regular school tables. The kids wanted round tables and space. It was easy to collaborate and work together. We do a lot of team building, and students must learn and work together in my class. We also use the tables to brainstorm service learning projects that we do with the student community service club I advice. The tables made it easy for the students to talk, have conversations, create posters without having to use the floor.
