This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We have a room where students who might be in need or who have an emergency issue can go and get basic clothing and other essentials.

Please help us maintain this vital resource for our students.

Sometimes students have an issue where they need to change clothing or they are struggling to have clean clothes for the day. These resources - t-shirts, sweatshirts and socks-will help resupply our Helpful Hand Den. All students have access to these supplies if needed and the counselor reaches out to let our homeless families know that these resources are available.
