This class is full of curious and vibrant 1st graders who have big questions and bright ideas.
Our classroom currently does not have a teaching easel.
I am hoping to get a teaching easel so that I can capture their wonderings and thoughts during lessons and present new materials in an engaging way. It is vital that students see their ideas written as this communicates the value of their participation in our classroom community. This is a basic piece of furniture that most classrooms have and ours feels like it is missing something essential without it.
