My Students

Hello! Thank you for visiting my DonorsChoose page. I have the most amazing and wonderful sixth grade students who love to learn science. My students are very diverse and have varying needs; however, the one common factor is the importance to interact collaboratively with technology. They greet every learning experience with enthusiasm and creativity.

My students are kind, hard workers, beginning scientists, and have a passion to learn!

Our school does not qualify for Title I funding, and with our current demographic mix, we are on the lower end of assistance from the state and county. We often use our own funds to ensure our students receive the tools they need to succeed. Any assistance you provide would be greatly appreciated.

My Project

My students deserve to feel safe at school. Just Breathe! will provide a hepa air purifier that will help with ventilation and air sanitation. Students are anxious about the return to school.

The air purifier will help create a safer environment that will foster student focus on learning.

The HEPA air filter reduces up to 99.9% of harmful germs, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and other allergens as small as .1 microns from the air. This will help filter out the particles caused by hand sanitizer and sanitizing cleaning supplies. Thank you for considering supporting our need for clean air project.
