My Project

My amazing Deaf Multilingual students are wonderful! Our urban Dual Language school for the Deaf strives to empower our students to be lifelong learners and innovative thinkers with diverse linguistic, ethnic, and cultural identities who are fluent in both American Sign Language and English.

I need your help to ensure my Deaf students have the best resources for their literacy development in two languages and also honor their intersectional identities.

I am teaching CORE Humanities to my elementary students. This amazing class includes Deaf Studies, Social Studies, Literature and Bilingual Language Arts. We need more hands-on materials to support our amazing learners. With Magnetic Sign Language materials and puzzles, we can continue our learning in many languages.
