My Students

My students are amazing 5 to 11-year-old that are excited about learning. They love to participate in discussions about every subject and their brains are like sponges. Our school is located in a rural small town.

Creativity and love of learning are nurtured throughout our school day.

My students can not get enough of problem-based hands-on learning. They are eager to work together to find solutions and to discuss new ideas. I love teaching these creative, ready to learn, marvelous kids!

My Project

We need jump ropes for our Shooting Star Jump Rope Team! Students, kindergarten through fifth grade, will use these jump ropes at home and at school to practice skills all year long. Students will learn techniques to be a good jumper and tricks to develop their skills.

Ten minutes of jump roping is similar to running 3 miles.

Our jump rope club focuses on helping students learn healthy lifestyle habits and sportsmanship team skills. At the end of the jump rope year students will perform for the entire school and we will celebrate with a snow cone party! This project will be a huge help and benefit our entire school.
