Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Do you remember playing with a parachute when you were a kid? Parachutes are fun for students of all ages. They incorporate team work with large groups. All students work together to accomplish a goal. It is also a great fitness activity for your core and arms.
In addition to parachutes, kids love to jump rope!
Jump rope is one of my students' favorite activities of the year. Jumping rope is great exercise and a way to get heart rates up quickly. Our P.E. time is about 30 minutes long, so being able to give them something that can raise heart rates quickly is important to me. Help us get the tools we need to create memorable P.E. activities!
