This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have a total of about 120 students eager to learn Spanish. Sometimes they get frustrated because learning a new language is a big challenge. However, they don't give up. We practice diligently every day the correct pronunciation and I introduce daily vocabulary.

Students learn more and stay more engaged if they are having fun.

By using Spanish Flashcards, the UNO game, and Spanish bingo I will be able to introduce Spanish vocabulary in a fun way, such as color recognition, practice numbers, sentence building, phrases and greetings.

They will be able to learn more, gain new skills for their lives, and have better job opportunities when they graduate.
