My Project
First grade is a magical time when students are learning how to read and write. Students are just learning to spell words at the start of the year. Throughout the year students blossoms into writing complete sentences and eventually short paragraphs. Our classes use journals every single day to help develop the skill and passion for writing.
Our grade level is asking for daily journals, as well as writing supplies to help fuel these new writing skills.
These journals will document their progress and be shared with families.
