Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Surprise students with personalized welcome bags filled with useful items and motivational messages. Encourage students to set personal and academic goals for the year through a creative vision board. Students create a digital collage representing their interests, hobbies, goals, and aspirations for the year. Foster a sense of community, encourage self-reflection, and set collective goals for the school year. Students gain a deeper understanding of their peers and build connections based on shared interests. Create a visual representation of the class community by having each student design a square that reflects their identity. Students feel a sense of belonging and pride in their collective identity. Students build confidence and appreciate the diverse talents within their class. Students become more comfortable navigating the school and collaborating with peers. the requested resources will serve as essential tools in guiding students through a structured, engaging, and supportive transition from freshman to sophomore year.
