My students need help in writing and these markers, organizers, and other supplies would be the start to a writing adventure.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Year after year, students are faced with the struggles of writing. As they progress through the grades, it seems that writing is slow to catch up to their actual writing capabilities.
I teach 24 students in a self-contained multi-subject classroom.
The children range from children living in a homeless shelter, to children living in high-rise apartments. The entire spectrum is represented. My class is multicultural and the dynamic between the children is positive.
My Project
Writing seems to be one of those subjects that is difficult for children to grasp. It can be such a lengthy ordeal that children often tire of the writing process. The materials requested all relate to writing and allowing children to embark on a writing adventure. The clear plastic holders and markers allow for student creativity and easy editing if necessary. The teacher workbooks will allow me to engage student in various forms of writing. The writing folders will give students a place to store their precious writing samples.
Please help my students embark on a new writing adventure.
This is a different approach that will engage all students. Students will explode with creativity knowing that the writing process can be fun when explored in a different way.
