My Project

My students love hands-on learning and performing! Our class sizes are growing and we are in need of enough djembe drums for each child to have his/her own. These colorful, djembe drums are just the right size for everyone and they sound terrific.

Playing rhythms together, learning to listen to each other and building cooperation skills are just a few of the benefits from drumming together.

The joy that I see in each child as they come to get their own instrument is priceless. When we gather in a circle and the students get to lead the group, they beam with pride. Making music like this is positive emotional therapy!
