My Students
The elementary school that I work at is such a special place! Our students come to school each day ready to take on another day of learning. I am proud to say that every staff member at my school strives to provide the best place to learn for our students.
My goal is to create a school and classroom environment that is inviting, engaging, meaningful and full of passion!
My classroom is a safe place where learning is fun but adds meaning to their lives.
My students are the most enthusiastic group of students I have had yet. Each and every one of them brings something unique to our classroom. Despite coming from low income backgrounds, they deserve the very best! Thanks to your donations, I will continue to be able to do whatever I can to help my students succeed and move on to be successful members of society!
My Project
Elementary school is packed full of learning. In the classroom, we teach our students how to read, various math skills, and knowledge about history and science. All of this information is important for our students to learn. I believe that it is also so important that students receive a well rounded education. Our students have at least an hour a day of special area classes. These classes include art, music, physical education, technology, and library time. While we are so thankful to have this protected time for the arts each week, some students need more!
By donating to this project, you may spark hidden creativity in one of our students.
This project will cover the cost of the admission tickets to see two different plays. The plays that we will be attending are engaging, exciting, and full of life lessons. Our kindergarten through second graders will be seeing a modern musical version of classic fairy tales. This musical play will show our students the power of music, understanding and appreciation, and helping others. Our third through fifth graders will be watching a story come to life that shows them how a student overcomes her self-doubt and the pressures of her personal life to find success. Thank you so much in advance for helping us to make this field trip possible for our students.
