This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I am a special education teacher working in a low-income area, where there are several obstacles my students face. I want to help and provide my students with the best they need to succeed.
The students in my classroom are students with learning, speech, and emotional disabilities.
If I could describe my students I would say they're creative, funny, and unique. I provide my students with a safe, comfortable, and caring environment where they can be themselves and share their creative minds.
My Project
Having printing paper and chart paper is highly needed in the classroom. These materials will make a huge difference in my students' learning because they'll have something tangible to use. Having paper will allow students to take materials home to use for homework and during the weekends. Practice worksheets and charts will be very helpful for students.
Paper can be used for many different things.
This is why we also need large chart paper. It is useful during class discussion where students answers can be recorded. We record their answers to go back to reference.
