My Project

Our students enter school at 3 years old. Many are not fully toilet trained, especially our special needs students. Our goal is to support success in toilet training without pressure or shame. Having extra pants and shorts, for our mostly low-income students, allows us to assist both students and their families in this endeavor.

Supporting and promoting the physical and cognitive skills necessary for successful toilet training will be enhanced by the availability of extra clothes.

Physically and emotionally healthy children are able to learn more effectively and are better able to take advantage of the educational process.
