Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
More and more students are using the Library Media Center (LMC) now that it has been reopened, organized, and stocked with new titles. This has contributed to students who had no library experience becoming avid patrons of the LMC. It has also helped to improve their reading skills. The items that I am requesting are important for keeping the library shelving organized and not a jumbled mess. Books are separated by alphabet in the fiction section so that it is easy for students to find books by the call numbers which begin with the first three letters of the authors' last names as well as having the space to add new books to the collection. To avoid books falling down, there's the need for book ends.
The book pockets and due date cards are needed to replace those that are lost or for books that are processed by me; those are books that are purchased from the annual book fair instead of from a library book seller.
The storage bins are for me to secure the materials I obtain from the grants I am awarded because I do not have any cabinetry to secure various items. Instead they will be stored in the bins in the office of the IT technician which is located in the LMC. The LMC office is used solely by the reading coach and the ESL coordinator.
