Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As the new year approaches, students will be engaging in new curriculum that has visuals and manipulatives. As the new curriculum is very detail oriented, it is important that students could refer to material at any given time.
With the items such as a laminator, laminating sheets, birthday planner, and etc.
students will be keep up with one another and engage in work that requires students to look at examples. With laminating much of the material, I can review it with students and parents to help them grasp the material in the classroom. In addition, I can have copies of material that will be accessible to anyone.
As students are looking for ways to engage, I am looking for ways to keep them engaged. With my students being visual learners, all of these materials help them.
