My Students

My students are amazing, thoughtful and full of questions! Students absolutely love doing hands-on activities, being up and active and I love providing them with challenges that will allow them to think outside of the box. With COVID we haven't been able to do our 'normal' activities, however, when we're back face to face that's my first plan! These students come to school/virtual learning everyday, ready to learn and try new things, taking chances for them to grow in their personalities and growing academically. My students are my inspiration daily!

My Project

The only way I have for teaching as of right now is a whiteboard, or Elmo projector. This apple tv will give me the ability to roam around my classroom and connect more with my students to see where they're struggling. Most of the time students won't speak up and say they're struggling, students who struggle with math will be able to ask for help without feeling awkward because I won't be confined to a desk or whiteboard. Connecting with my students and seeing their learning is my first priority, and I would love to be able to walk around my classroom and provide that for them.
