It’s More Than Just a Cup of Tea!

Help me give my students the tools they need to continue their Lemonade & Tea cart. Our students use these materials to increase their social skills and their interactions with other students and staff in the school community.

My Project

The students that this project will benefit are part of a special education program. Each week they go into the classrooms and provide the teachers and students with tea and lemonade.

This project will not only increase their independent living skills but allow them the opportunity to interact with other students in the school community.

The project will allow the students the chance to work with measurements and learn valuable skills that they can transfer outside of the school.

As the students gain more knowledge and independence, they will be able to gain more confidence as well. Working with the tea and lemonade cart provides valuable academic and social skills to all involved.
