This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are helpful, caring, humble, friendly, and compassionate. They are eager to learn and take on any challenge that is put before them. They help each other when they see one of their classmates is in need of help.
My Project
Since returning back to face to face learning and still practicing social distancing, these tools are what the students need to be successful in math. Until we return back to normal teaching environment, the students will still be able to use materials that they would normal use in centers and share with the friends. Their own individual math tool box with keep them safe and protected. The students will be able to follow along with the teacher instructions. This will also alleviate the time to disinfect the math tools since the students will have their own math tool box.
