This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our school's air conditioning (HVAC system) is broken. The hot summer months are creeping up on us. The students are already complaining about how muggy and warm the classroom is. Even with the windows open, the classroom is stuffy on days with high humidity. Sweaty teenagers and positive academic performance do not go hand-in-hand.
Cool air circulation from the two tower fans will benefit the students in the upcoming warm weather months.
We have hot summer days ahead. The tower fans will help students stay cool and focus on doing their best up until the last day of school. During the wintertime, having air circulation is great for keeping viruses and other germs at bay.
