This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am a special education teacher servicing the needs of individuals with behavioral and emotional concerns in grades 5th through 12th. My students are smart, loving, creative, and hardworking individuals.

Every student can learn, just not on the same day or in the same way.

Education is the most powerful weapon, which you can use to change the world each and every day.

My students are very special to me and deserve the best. They are superstars and excel every day with smiles on their faces.

Science is a very important subject but is under-studied in school so I'm requesting materials so that my students can have access to concrete hands-on material such as the solar system in the human body the human food pyramid in key science vocabulary concepts and skills that they can relate to their everyday life experiences.

The materials that are related to this project are very important because they relate to book writing strategies ways in which we can study the periodic table of elements in there in about physical science life science earth science in discovering the way science works throughout the world and exciting and accessible experiences.

My Project

This project is for individuals in my classroom to appreciate science and have materials to see, touch and use in a fun and educational learning environment.

We need posters to hang in our classroom, book reading strategies for science, and a STEM bulletin board set to help build science concepts and learning skills.

This project is to develop my classroom into a positive learning science environment so that all students regardless of their disabilities can have fun, learn and enjoy all the ways science works throughout our universe.

These materials will help me build my classroom so that I can have new science posters, books, and hands-on materials for my students to understand the different ways science works throughout the world.

We need book reading strategies for science for grades 1-12 and physical science leveled text to help educate our students in science development.

The materials requested will build and foster the students' awareness of the history of science and in what ways it works.
